3. The negotiations broke down because we COULDNT agree on the price.

 4. I MUST remember to email Steve and thank him for all his help.

6. You  HAVE TO try to be more diplomatic when you are speaking to Tim.
7. I find Portuguese very difficult. I CANT understand it, but I WILL HAVE TO Speak it.
