мнение о праве ребенка на бесплатное образование.

I think every child has the right to study for free. Some parents havent got the ability to pay for school, so this is a big problem to the family. If there are more that one children in the family- its even worse! To them paying for school means no clubs nor holidays. 
But even if your family is rich, people should get knowledge for free! Its something everyone should have.
