Помогите переделать текст в косвенную речь, срочно.

When people have problems, the first thing to do is to talk. Tell them what makes you unhappy. Just be brave when you speak to them. Dont use words like "never" and "always". Dont use words that hurt people. Speak calmly.

If communication does not provide a solution, ask someone who is older than both of you for help. If they dont support you, take things into your own hands and be firm.

If yo cant do it one way, try another. This is how great discoveries are made.
