I think that the school uniform isnt necessary for pupils and students. Everybody has to wear some clothes that arent very colorful and splashy. Main colors have to be black, dark blue, white and dark brown. Students can wear anything they want except of high heels and bright-colored clothes. School needs to be respected by pupils. So they can wear anything they want but they have to do it moderately (умеренно) and politicly (обдуманно).
