The mostfavourite dish of our family is julienne (жульен). It is baked mushrooms with vegetables,chicken, onion, under cream sauce and cheese. At any our family holiday we eatthis tasty dish. Usually, all members of us take part in preparation. My fatherpeels potatoes and onion, mother cuts vegetables and mushrooms, my brother gratescheese and I make a sauce and put some salt. It is so funny. We speak and try to do everything well.My dad says riddles and we tryto find answers to riddles. When the dish is ready, we come to the table!
