- Hello sir, could you help me please? 
- Good afternoon. What can I do for you? 
- I need to get to the New Street Station. Basically, I am not local and havent got a clue about where it is situated. 
- It isnt far away, actually. All you need is to go straight ahead until you see a News shop, then you need to turn right and youll see the station on your left after couple of yards.
