A nurse is a person who works with doctors, other nurses and patients. She has to wear a uniform at work. During a working day at a hospital she takes care of sick people. She is responsible for their temperature and heartbeating. A nurse makes sure that each patient takes the correct medicine at the right time. She watches the patients progress throughout the day and reports to the doctor if there are any changes. If nessesary, a nurse takes blood samples for diagnostic tests. A nurse should be very carefull and pay attention to each patient. More over she should be kind and strict at the same time. It is a very difficult and important profession.
